BY SAN JUAQUIIN VALLEY DISTRICT

Replace Your Old Wood-Burning Fireplace & Get Up to $5,000 Back.

Do you have a wood-burning fireplace in your home? It may be time to upgrade — and get paid for it.

Through the San Joaquin Valley Air District’s Fireplace & Woodstove Change-Out Program, you could receive up to $5,000 in incentives to replace your old fireplace with a cleaner, more efficient heating solution. This is a limited-time program designed to improve air quality and help homeowners like you enjoy a safer, lower-maintenance heating system.

Incentives Available

  • Up to $5,000 for electric heat pumps.

  • Up to $2,650 for gas or certified wood/pellet stoves (including installation).

  • An extra $1,500 if you qualify as low-income.

  • Or receive $750 just for decommissioning your old fireplace.

5 Easy Steps

  1. Text a photo of your fireplace insert to Matt Molina at (661) 201-8790 to see if you qualify. He will get back to you within 1 hour.
  2. Once approved, complete the application (2 pages). We will do it together if needed.
  3. We will hear back from the district within 1 hour for voucher approval.
  4. Once approved, you can choose the insert you would like to have.
  5. Installation and 100% Reimbursement.

I am so very excited about my new spa. Adam Reed was sales rep and he did an amazing job of answering all my questions. This is the first one I have owed and I had a lot of questions. This company is very family-friendly and had lots of patience for us. They made the delivery fast and easy. I would recommend them 100 times over. Thank you Adam & Gio!
