We are very happy with our wood stove, which was installed by two men who worked hard until the job was done. Q'rest or "Skydiver" was very knowledgeable and helpful when we placed the order. Perhaps due to the holidays there was a long delay until we received our wood stove. Nevertheless, we recommend this business for their quality of workmanship.

...I stopped by this business bc I passed by & thought I'd give it a try honestly thinking I wouldn't find what I needed but sure enough, I showed them what pump I needed and they got me it right away. They were super polite & made conversation w me and other customers. I bought the pump (cheaper than what I was going to pay online) & I was going on my way & one of the workers (I didn't get his name, unfortunately) got it from me and walked me and my brothers all the way to my car & put it in for me, this wasn't super heavy to where I couldn't handle it but he had the spare time & went out of his way to assist me & I GREATLY appreciated it. I've worked in customer service my whole life & this small act honestly showed what type of business they run. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're a first-time pool owner & need help finding the products you need, this is the business for you!

We had our gas fireplaces cleaned and serviced. They look brand new, they are beautiful again.

...What I want to write about is the young owner Hussein - I had one small issue with the Jacuzzi that he immediately helped with and also during the ordering process he gave me his cell phone number and told me about the latest insulation factor with this Jacuzzi so I ordered that for a couple of hundred dollars - I have received my first electric bill and was shocked that it was still so low !! This jacuzzi also has more power than any other spa I researched and the Jets are very powerful and the lighting system is great - I even got the exterior lights because I like to go out in the dark but it has the soft lights on the outside so you can just walk to it naturally again I have to say how impressed I am with the owner for giving me a cell phone number and answering at 8 o'clock at night when I had questions even after the sale....

These guys are great. They made my old fireplace look amazing. I purchased a gas insert with the valley air rebate. They took care of all the paperwork. Smooth smooth process and amazing service.

Very helpful in replacing a gas log set that was an entirely new experience for us. We are happy with the product and their service. Anthony the installation technician was absolutely first rate. He provided the type of service that we always hope for but rarely receive.

The Hotspring Jetsetter is an amazing spa. It's very comfy for 2 and we use it everyday. They were very good at helping us select the right hot tub. The previous company that used to be here I used to do business with them and they were also very nice. They have several new people who are very knowledgeable. Considering buying a gas insert here.

Bought a sand filter system for an Intex pool. Could not figure out how to attach the hoses. Called them and they were very helpful. They said I needed an adapter to to convert the connection. I got pretty upset and told them they should have said something before I left the store. He reminded me about the free chlorine so it was not a total waste of time next day. They took the time to explain how to attach the fittings. I left happy.

I got a great deal on my above ground Doughboy pool. The staff here is really friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Recommend Backyard and Home for all your pool and spa needs. Hopefully I can return in one year and purchase a spa from these guys. Their prices are the best in town
